Kitchen nearing completion
Replacing soil stack, it was run through a build out in the wall and needed to be offset to allow for the proper framing of the kitchen window.
Panel moved to it’s new location
New conduit ran from meter to panel
Rough-in nearly completed
Plaster work under way
Rotten window and frame replaced with build-out for small A/C unit
Hand made aluminum flashing and trim ensure that this will last for at least another fifty years.
